Korean Salmon DNA Exosomes at your doorstep

korean Salmon dna Exosomes and regeneRAtive medicine

1️⃣ Salmon DNA

“Salmon DNA” usually refers to PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) or PN (Polynucleotide) derived from salmon sperm DNA.

Why salmon?
Because salmon DNA is:

  • Highly biocompatible with human DNA
  • Low risk of immune reaction
  • Strongly associated with tissue repair

It’s used in regenerative skin treatments to:

  • Stimulate fibroblasts
  • Increase collagen production
  • Improve wound healing
  • Enhance skin elasticity
  • Reduce inflammation

2️⃣ Exosomes

Exosomes are extracellular vesicles — tiny signalling particles released by cells. They:

  • Carry growth factors
  • Contain peptides
  • Include RNA and signalling molecules
  • Help cells communicate

In aesthetics, exosomes are used to:

  • Accelerate healing post-microneedling
  • Improve skin quality
  • Reduce inflammation
  • Promote collagen production

🔬 What Happens When You Use Them Topically During Microneedling?

Microneedling creates microchannels (typically 0.25–1.0mm in aesthetic practice).
For approximately 15–30 minutes, the skin's permeability increases.

So you’re using the treatment as a delivery system.

🧬 Topical Salmon DNA

Topically, polynucleotides:

  • Act mainly as anti-inflammatory agents
  • Support wound healing
  • Improve hydration
  • May stimulate fibroblasts (limited penetration compared to injectables)

🧪 Topical Exosomes

Topical exosomes (real ones, not just marketing serums):

  • Deliver growth factors
  • Contain signalling molecules
  • Potentially enhance healing pathways
  • May reduce redness/downtime

💡 Potential Benefits of Combining Both

When used together after microneedling:

1️⃣ Enhanced Healing Environment

Microneedling triggers repair, and exosomes signal
Polynucleotides stabilise and rebuild

This may lead to:

  • Faster visible recovery
  • Reduced erythema
  • Less irritation

2️⃣ Better Collagen Cascade Support

Microneedling = collagen induction
Exosomes = growth factor signalling
PDRN = fibroblast stimulation

3️⃣ Improved Skin Quality Over Course

Particularly good for:

  • Acne scarring
  • Early ageing
  • Dehydrated male skin
  • Barrier-compromised skin

Frequently Asked Questions

Salmon-derived exosomes are regenerative cell-signalling particles sourced from salmon tissue. They contain growth factors, peptides, and biological messengers that help support skin repair, reduce inflammation, and enhance collagen production following treatments such as microneedling.

Salmon DNA (also known as polynucleotides or PDRN) helps stimulate tissue repair and collagen production.
Exosomes work differently — they act as signalling messengers that “communicate” with skin cells to encourage regeneration.

In simple terms: Polynucleotides rebuild. Exosomes signal.

Microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the skin, triggering a natural healing response. When exosomes are applied during treatment, they can penetrate through these channels and support faster recovery, enhanced collagen stimulation, and improved overall skin quality.

Salmon-derived exosomes may support improvement in:

  • Fine lines and early ageing
  • Acne scarring
  • Uneven skin texture
  • Dull or tired skin
  • Inflammation-prone skin

Results vary depending on skin condition and treatment plan.

Most clients benefit from a course of 3–5 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart. Improvements in skin texture and firmness develop gradually as collagen production increases over time.

Salmon-derived regenerative ingredients are selected because they are highly biocompatible and well-tolerated. Treatments are performed under UK-registered training, and E50 products are legally sold in the UK via selected distributors. I would never sell or recommend someone or a product without firsthand experience in using them/it myself.
